What you’ll do
The Behavioral Health Clinician IV will work at our Pioneer Counseling Emerson Clinic and is responsible to provide quality counseling, case management, and community support services to clients with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders at Pioneer Human Services (PHS) using evidence-based and promising practices, effectively meeting the need of PHS’s clientele; and documenting treatment and case management service provision in a timely and effective manner.

What you’ll bring

(Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience)

A Master’s Degree in the Mental Health field, with a curriculum specifically related to counseling and psychology. Continuing education coursework must be up to date – as stipulated by the Department of Licensing and professional organizations.


One or more of the certifications listed below dependent upon the contractual requirements:

Must have an up-to-date clinical MH Licensure (acceptable: LHMC, LMFT, LASW LICSW)
Must be able to pass and maintain security clearances as required by the employment setting

Preferably you’ll bring

minimum of 1-year experience post certification/licensure.
Experience working with clients who have a criminal history and has worked in a team setting comprised of other professionals who collaborate for overall client care.
Certified in evidence-based curriculum designed for co-occurring patients.
